I-Mark™ Software

The I-Mark™ software turns marking units into complete multi-functional machines. In addition to serial numbering, 2D machine codes and logos, the systems can also do basic logic functions requiring digital I/O.

I-Mark™ software has an easy to use GUI, with simple to understand icons. One installation can manage many systems through network connections. In addition, the software includes production data, fault logging, extensive help files and video demos for assistance.

• Generate fixed or dynamic text entities. Including dates, times, counters, serial numbers, text placeholders, shift codes or Ascii characters.

• CMT patented SquareDot™ option for 2D matrix code printing on cast or other hard to read surfaces

• Import DWG/DXF drawing files for background imaging or graphical printing
• Advanced axis jogging with position feedback for part setup and mark position teaching. Also includes printing simulator for testing mark position before printing.
