I-Mark™ Custom

The top of the line IMC custom series is a completely versatile marking machine. All systems come with a slimly designed head in either air or electric, ball screw drives, and are able to provide both dot-peen and scribe marking - in the same marking legend. Options include:

• Large window sizes
• Stepper or servo motors
• Air or electric Z-axis
• 2D solutions with integrated verification software
• Part auto-sense cycle start

C-Series Custom Stations:

• IM-C60 - marking window 1.6" x 2.3"
• IM-C150 - marking window 4" x 6"
• IM-C300 - marking window 8" x 12"
• IM-C500 - marking window 20" x 10"

Utilities:

• Electrical components require 110 VAC power, 6 ft electrical cord supplied, air power required for pneumatic dot peen*
  • 8mm push-in tube fitting requires connection to air supply (30-75 PSI operating range)

*This feature is not included with electrically powered units.
